CNCC Grants for Wildlife-focused Research, Conservation Initiatives, or Community Projects in 2021-2022
OPEN NOW THROUGH MARCH 22, 2021!
The CNCC is pleased to announce that we will be offering grants for wildlife-focused research, conservation initiatives, or community projects in 2021-2022. These grants are designed to support undergraduate and graduate wildlife research in the CNCC region (limited to Del Norte, Humboldt, and Mendocino Counties), or disadvantaged organizations or communities seeking to promote local wildlife conservation. In addition, these grants are designed to further the Chapter's commitment to support diversity and inclusion in the wildlife community. Particular consideration will be given to proposals with a focus on community-supported conservation, species management, and restoration.
In addition, there are grant funds specifically available for bat research, conservation, or education.

Western Section Conference Grants
(CLOSED) The California North Coast Chapter of The Wildlife Society is offering to cover registration costs for the Annual 2021 Western Section Conference for Chapter members! Grants will be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis (limited number), so please apply as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to attend a great meeting, with many networking and educational opportunities. Current CNCC Chapter member (or CU member); 2. Must be a current student or early career professional* 3.
